Compassionate, Evidence-Based Care Built Around You
You may be just beginning to look for help, or you may be coming to us after years of treatments that never brought lasting relief.
Wherever you are in your journey, we take time to understand your history, your symptoms, and your goals. From there, we build a treatment plan together—one that reflects your needs and gives you a clearer path forward.

How We Help You Move Forward
Many people come to Paxina Health feeling tired, discouraged, or frustrated by their previous treatment plans. Often, they’ve tried several medications, talk therapy, lifestyle changes, or all of the above without finding lasting relief.
That’s exactly why we founded Paxina Health.
Here, you’ll experience a calm, physician-led environment where we take time to understand your symptoms and your story. Together, we’ll look at what you have already tried, why it didn’t help, and which evidence-supported treatments fit your needs now.
Whether you’re managing treatment-resistant depression, struggling with complex mood symptoms, or simply trying to understand what comes next, we’re here to support you.
Explore Your Care Options
Below are the core treatments we offer. Each plays a different role in addressing depression and related conditions, and we’ll help you determine which option is right for you.

TMS
TMS is a non-invasive, FDA-approved treatment for depression that uses targeted magnetic pulses to stimulate underactive mood-regulating areas of the brain. It’s painless, doesn’t require anesthesia, and allows you to return to daily activities immediately. For many patients, TMS offers meaningful relief when medications haven’t.

SPRAVATO®
SPRAVATO® is an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression. Sessions take place in our clinic under close medical supervision in a calm, safe, and comfortable space. Many patients begin to notice positive shifts earlier in treatment than they’ve experienced with traditional medications.

General Psychiatry
Our psychiatric services include evaluations, medication management, and ongoing support. You’ll work with a team led by board-certified psychiatrists who take the time to understand your history, symptoms, and goals. Whether psychiatry is your primary treatment or part of a broader plan, we tailor care to what you actually need. Expected availability in March 2026.

What We Treat

Treatment-Resistant Depression
When multiple medications and therapy haven’t provided meaningful relief, it’s easy to feel stuck. We specialize in treatment-resistant depression and offer options, like TMS and SPRAVATO®, explicitly designed for people who haven’t improved with conventional care.

Major Depression With Anxious Distress
Depression and anxiety often intensify one another, making symptoms challenging to manage with medication alone. Our team understands this complexity and offers treatments that target both mood and agitation without overwhelming the nervous system.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
OCD can take over daily routines, relationships, and decision-making. We help patients interrupt compulsive cycles, address intrusive thoughts, and build healthier behavioral patterns through evidence-based psychiatric care.

Late-Life Depression
In older adults, depression can look different. Unfortunately, fatigue, sleep changes, memory issues, and irritability are often mistaken for “just aging.” We provide careful, age-informed evaluations and treatments tailored to the needs of older adults.

Adolescent Depression
Depression in teens often shows up as irritability, withdrawal, academic decline, or shifts in behavior. We provide compassionate care that helps adolescents feel understood while giving families the tools and clarity they need.

What to Expect From Your Treatment Journey
We keep the process simple, clear, and collaborative so you always know what’s happening and why. Each step has a purpose, and every decision is determined by your symptoms, history, and goals.

Step 1:
Evaluation
Your first visit focuses on understanding your symptoms, history, and what you’ve already tried. We take our time, ask thoughtful questions, and look at the full picture before recommending any treatment.

Step 2:
Personalized Treatment Plan
Based on your evaluation, we outline the options that make sense for you, such as psychiatric care, TMS, SPRAVATO®, or a combination of approaches.

Step 3:
Ongoing Support & Monitoring
Your care does not end once treatment begins. We check in regularly, adjust your plan as needed, and stay closely involved to ensure your care feels safe, effective, and aligned with your goals.

Your Care Comes First
Too many clinics are built around volume, not people. At Paxina, your care comes first. We never recommend treatments that aren’t right for you, and we never rush the process. Every decision, from the treatment approach to the pace of your care, comes back to one question: what is truly best for you?
